  • Father’s Day Class at Pike Place Market: Sunday, June 15th from 11am to 2pm; $75.00
    Celebrate Father's Day immersing yourself in a hands-on experience learning how to prepare some traditional Italian dishes with Michela Tartaglia. Learn how to make handmade tagliatelle with wild boar ragu, chicken scaloppine al Marsala and funghi trifolati (sautéed mushrooms). At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around the table and enjoy the dishes in the spectacular atmosphere of the Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market.
  • Homemade Focaccia Barese Class at Pike Place Market: Sunday, July 13th from 11am to 2pm; $70.00
    Celebrate a Sunday morning immersing yourself in a hands-on experience learning how to prepare a traditional Italian focaccia barese with Michela Tartaglia. Learn how to make the perfect dough using the right ingredients and dispel entrenched Italian food stereotypes. At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around the table and enjoy the dishes in the spectacular atmosphere of the Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market.
