  • Sunday, 10/26 from 11AM to 2PM: Fall Italian Cooking Class in the Northwest: Chanterelle mushroom
    It's autumn and our beautiful Pacific Northwest forests are filled of chanterelle mushrooms. Foraging mushrooms is an Italian tradition of this season. Immerse yourself in a hands-on experience with Michela Tartaglia -Cucina Casalinga, learning how to prepare a three course menu that involves the enchanting chanterelle mushrooms in a traditional Italian meal. Learn how to make crostini with sautéed chanterelle, zucchini and thyme, handmade tagliatelle with chanterelle, sausage and shallot, chicken scaloppine al Marsala with chanterelle. At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around our table and enjoy the dishes in the spectacular atmosphere of the Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market.
  • Saturday, 11/15 from 11AM to 1PM: Handmade gluten free pasta: farfalle with chestnut flour
    Handmade gluten free pasta? Yes, it's possible! And with the arrival of autumn, we can add a delicious and special flavor to our pasta with the chestnut flour. Immerse yourself in a hands-on experience with Michela Tartaglia -Cucina Casalinga and learn how to prepare handmade gluten free farfalle with eggplant, olives and caper sauce. At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around our table and enjoy the dishes in the spectacular atmosphere of the Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market.
